FAQs

How do I know which accessories are compatible with my hearing system?

We know that the variety of names can be confusing. In our product descriptions, you will find detailed compatibility notes for brands such as Phonak, Oticon, Signia, and many more. If you are still unsure, simply send us a quick photo of your hearing system via email or conveniently via WhatsApp. As experienced master hearing aid acousticians, we will reliably identify the correct spare part for you.

What happens if I accidentally ordered the wrong item?

Don't worry, that can happen! As long as the factory packaging is unopened and the hygiene seal is intact, you can easily return the item to us within 14 days. In this case, just send us a short email and we will help you with the uncomplicated process.

How fast will my order be delivered?

We know from experience how important your hearing system is for your everyday life. That's why we work especially quickly: Orders received by 12:00 PM on weekdays usually leave our warehouse on the same day.

What should I do if I need help changing the filters?

We'll never leave you alone with technology! That's why we created our comprehensive DIY section (Hearity Master-Knowledge Library). There, you'll find easy-to-understand video tutorials created by us. We'll show you step-by-step how to safely and professionally replace wear parts yourself.

How often do I actually need to change my wax filters?

For brilliant sound quality and the longevity of your hearing system, we recommend a change every 4 to 8 weeks. A replacement becomes absolutely necessary when the device becomes noticeably quieter or sounds distorted.
Our Expert Tip: To save on shipping costs and always have a timely replacement at hand, our practical annual supplies are particularly popular.

Why is it so important to dry the devices regularly?

Perspiration and humidity are the most common causes of expensive technical defects. By using electric drying stations daily, you remove moisture from the system and effectively protect the sensitive electronics from corrosion. This saves you unnecessary repairs in the long run.

Is Hearity selling original manufacturer's goods?

A clear yes. The sensitive technology of your hearing system cannot tolerate cheap copies. We obtain our cerumen filters, domes, and care products exclusively directly from leading brand manufacturers or strictly certified specialist wholesalers. You receive exactly the same uncompromising quality from us as you would in your local specialist store.

Will my health insurance cover the cost of the accessories?

Statutory health insurance usually covers the costs of repairs, but not for traditional care and consumables such as cleaning cloths, filters, or standard batteries. These items are a private investment in the longevity of your device. However, we will of course provide you with a proper invoice, which you can submit to your private supplementary insurance if necessary.
