We want your shopping experience at Hearity, from order to delivery, to be absolutely seamless. Here you will find all important information about our terms and conditions.

Secure Payment Options:
We offer a variety of secure payment options to make your checkout as convenient as possible:

  • PayPal: Fast and secure with integrated buyer protection.

  • Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express.

  • Google Pay & Apple Pay: For quick checkout directly on your smartphone.

Our Shipping Information:
We know that you rely on your hearing aid accessories in your daily life. That's why we work with maximum efficiency.

  • Speed: If payment is received by 12:00 PM, we usually ship your order on the same business day.

  • Shipping Provider: Shipping is secure and reliable via our partner DHL.

  • Shipping Costs: For deliveries within Germany, we charge a flat rate of €3.90. For orders over €50.00, we cover the costs and deliver your order completely free of shipping charges.
    For deliveries to EU member states, we charge a flat rate of €16.00. Unfortunately, a free delivery option is not possible.
    For the countries Sweden and Finland, the shipping flat rate is €21. Here too, no free shipping is possible.

  • Delivery Time:
    Germany:
    Unless otherwise stated on the individual product page, your package will reach you within 1 to 3 business days.
    EU Member States:
    For shipments to EU member states, postal delivery takes approximately 3-8 business days, depending on the country, plus processing time at the fulfillment location in Germany.

How your return works:
Germany:
Would you like to return an item within 14 days of receipt? No problem. Simply send us a short email with your order number. We will then conveniently send you your DHL return label as a PDF. For the return shipment, we only charge a flat rate of €3.90, which we will simply deduct from your purchase amount upon refund.

EU Member States:
Would you like to return an item within 14 days of receipt? No problem. Simply send us a short email with your order number. We will then conveniently send you your DHL return label as a PDF. Important Note on Hygiene Products & Electronics:
As your health and the impeccable quality of our products are important to us, a large part of our range consists of sensitive hygiene products or highly precise electronic components.

Please note, therefore, that the statutory right of withdrawal for the following product groups expires prematurely as soon as the factory seal or packaging has been opened after delivery:

  • Hygiene Accessories: Cerumen filters, domes, cleaning wipes and all care accessories.

  • Wear Parts & Electronics: External receivers, batteries, charging stations and electric drying boxes.

Why is that?
These items come into direct contact with the skin or ear canal. For strict hygienic and safety reasons, we cannot resell opened packaging.

Our Master Tip:
If you are unsure whether a filter or a receiver fits your device, please contact us by email or Whatsapp before opening the packaging. We will be happy to help you check compatibility in advance to avoid wrong purchases.
