What strength do I need?
LP, MP, and HP are printed on the old receiver. Is it no longer legible? Then feel free to send us a photo of the receiver via email or WhatsApp.
How do I know if I need left or right?
You can identify the side by the color marking on the receiver: Red stands for right, Blue for left.
SureFit 3 or SureFit 2C?
The SureFit 3 belongs to generations from OMNIA and ONE onwards. For LiNX Quattro to Enya, you need the SureFit 2C.
What is the difference to the SureFit 3 M&RIE?
The M&RIE receiver has an additional microphone in the ear and only belongs to devices that have been adapted for it. If your old receiver is an M&RIE, it will say so on the receiver.
Can I change the receiver myself?
Yes, with the Ex-Receiver Removal and Installation Tool. You can find a video guide in the Hearity Expert Knowledge Library.
Which cerumen filter fits?
The SureFit 3 uses CeruStop type filters. You can find the filter here in our shop.
