Which power do I need?
The powers LP, MP, and HP are printed on the old receiver. If they are no longer legible, please send us a photo of the receiver by email or WhatsApp, and we will check it for you.
How do I know whether I need left or right?
You can identify the side by the color marking on the receiver: Red stands for right, Blue for left.
SureFit 2C or SureFit 3, which one fits?
The 2C fits the LiNX Quattro, LiNX 3D, LiNX², Key, and Enya generations. The SureFit 3 belongs to the newer generations from OMNIA and ONE. If in doubt, the generation is stated in your hearing aid documentation, or you can send us a photo of your hearing aid.
Can I change the receiver myself?
Yes, with the Ex-receiver removal and installation tool in a few minutes. A video tutorial can be found in the Hearity Expert Knowledge Library.
Which cerumen filter fits?
The SureFit 2C uses filters of the CeruStop type. You can find the filter here in our shop.

The SureFit 2C is the ex-receiver for ReSound hearing aids of the LiNX Quattro to Enya generations, as well as identical Interton and Beltone models, with a CeruStop filter system. As the successor to the 2B model, it is fully backward compatible and uses the proven SureFit technology for reliable, powerful sound.
