What strength do I need?
40, 50 or 60 dB, the strength is printed on the old receiver. Is it no longer legible? Then feel free to send us a photo of the receiver by email or WhatsApp.
How do I know whether I need left or right?
You can tell the side by the color marking on the receiver: Red stands for right, blue for left.
6-pin or SnapFit 2.0?
The 6-pin belongs to Muse, Livio, and Evolv AI. From the Genesis era onwards, you need the SnapFit 2.0. The connectors are not compatible.
Can I change the receiver myself?
Yes, completely without tools: The SnapFit is simply pulled off the device and the new one is plugged on.
Which cerumen filter fits?
The 6-pin SnapFit uses HearClear-type filters. The matching filters will be available in our shop soon.
