What strength do I need?
The strength (in dB) is printed on the old receiver. Is it no longer readable? Then feel free to send us a photo of the receiver by email or WhatsApp.
How do I know if I need left or right?
You can identify the side by the color marking on the receiver: Red stands for right, blue for left.
SnapFit 2.0 or the 6-pin SnapFit?
The SnapFit 2.0 has 10 pins and belongs to the Genesis era (Genesis AI, Edge AI, G Series, Omega AI). For Evolv AI, Livio, and Muse, you need the 6-pin SnapFit. The connectors are not compatible.
Can I replace the receiver myself?
Yes, completely without tools: The SnapFit is simply pulled off the device, and the new one is plugged on.
Which cerumen filter fits?
The SnapFit 2.0 uses HearClear type filters. The matching filters will be available in our shop shortly.

The SnapFit 2.0 is the 10-pin Ex-receiver for Starkey hearing aids from the Genesis-AI generation onwards, as well as identical Audibel and NuEar models, with the HearClear filter system.
