What length do I need?
The length (0 to 3) is always printed on the receiver. However, after prolonged use, the numbers are often no longer legible, making it difficult to determine the correct length from a distance. In this case, feel free to send us a photo of your receiver by email or WhatsApp, and we will try to figure it out together.
What do the strengths S, M, and P mean?
The S, M, and P classification exists for every manufacturer: S for mild, M for moderate, and P for profound hearing loss. The strength is also printed on the receiver, but may also have become illegible. The good news: S, M, and P receivers have different designs. You can simply compare your receiver with the images here on the product page or send us a photo.
How do I know if I need left or right?
You can identify the side by the color marking on the receiver: Red stands for right, blue for left.
How do I know if I need the SDS 5.0 or the SDS 6.0?
The SDS 5.0 has a 3-pin connector and is compatible with Phonak Audéo Lumity, Paradise, and Marvel, as well as the corresponding Unitron and Hansaton models. The SDS 6.0 has an 8-pin flat connector and is exclusively compatible with the new Infinio, Smile, and ERA platforms.
What is the difference to the SDS 4.0?
The SDS 5.0 is the successor to the SDS 4.0. Technically, both receivers are the same; only the filter system has been changed, which was very cumbersome to handle in everyday use with the SDS 4.0.
Can I change the receiver myself?

Which domes and filters are compatible?
