How do I connect the remote control to my hearing aids?

  1. Turn your hearing aids off and on again. This activates pairing mode for up to 3 minutes. Place them within 15 cm of the Remote Control.
  2. Make sure your Remote Control is turned off.
  3. Press and hold the volume up button "+" on the Remote Control and turn the device on.
  4. Release the "+" button as soon as the status indicator starts blinking blue. This indicates that the Remote Control is now in pairing mode.
  5. The Remote Control and hearing aids will now pair automatically.
  6. After successful pairing, the status indicator will glow green continuously for 5 seconds. You can now use your Remote Control.
