What length do I need?
The length (0 to 5) is always printed on the receiver. However, after prolonged wear, the numbers are often no longer legible, making it difficult to determine the correct length remotely. In this case, please send us a photo of your receiver by email or WhatsApp, and we will try to figure it out together.
What do the strengths S, M, and P mean?
The S, M, and P classifications exist for every manufacturer: S for mild, M for moderate, and P for severe hearing loss. The strength is also printed on the receiver but may also have become illegible. The good news: S, M, and P receivers have different designs. You can simply compare your receiver with the pictures here on the product page or send us a photo.
How do I know if I need left or right?
You can identify the side by the color marking on the receiver: Red stands for right, Blue for left.
Can I change the miniReceiver 3.0 myself?
Yes. Thanks to the push/pull connection system, you can gently pull the plug out of the hearing aid by tugging on the cable and then insert the new receiver in the same way. Which domes fit the miniReceiver 3.0?
The miniReceiver 3.0 is only compatible with EarTips 3.0 and Sleeves 3.0. Older domes do not fit.
Does the miniReceiver 3.0 also fit older hearing aids?
No. It is designed for the Signia IX and AX platforms, as well as AudioService G7 and G8. For older generations (X, Nx, primax, G4 to G6), you need the miniReceiver 2.0.
Which cerumen filter is suitable for the miniReceiver 3.0?
