What length do I need?
The length (0 to 5) is printed on the old receiver. Is it no longer legible? Then feel free to send us a photo of the receiver via email or WhatsApp.
What do the power levels mean?
60, 85, and 100 represent the amplification power, from mild to severe hearing loss. This is also indicated on the old receiver.
How do I know if I need left or right?
You can identify the side by the color marking on the receiver: Red stands for right, Blue for left.
minifit or minifit Detect?
The classic minifit fits generations Opn to Real. The minifit Detect is the self-calibrating successor for Oticon Intent and Bernafon Encanta.
Can I change the receiver myself?
Yes, with the Ex-Receiver Removal and Installation Tool. A video guide can be found in the Hearity Master Knowledge Library.
Which cerumen filter fits?
The ProWax minifit cerumen filter belongs in the minifit. You will be able to get it in our shop soon.
