What does self-calibrating mean?
The Detect automatically reports its power and length to the hearing aid. The device automatically adjusts itself after replacement, without a visit to the audiologist.
What length and power do I need?
Both are written on the old receiver. Is it no longer readable? Then please send us a photo of the receiver by email or WhatsApp.
Does the Detect also fit older Oticon devices?
No. For Opn to Real, you need the classic minifit.
Can I change the receiver myself?
Yes, with the Ex-Receiver Removal and Installation Tool. A video guide can be found in the Hearity Master-Knowledge Library.
Which cerumen filter fits?
The ProWax minifit cerumen filter belongs in the minifit Detect. You can get it in our shop soon.
