What strength do I need?
S, M, or P – the strength is printed on the old receiver. If it's no longer legible, feel free to send us a photo of the receiver via email or WhatsApp.
How do I know if I need left or right?
You can identify the side by the color marking on the receiver: Red stands for right, blue for left.
V.2 or classic Easywear?
The V.2 belongs to Allure, SmartRIC, and Moment and Magnify with rechargeable battery (RIC R). For battery-powered devices, i.e., Dream to Enjoy, as well as Moment and Magnify with RIC 10 or RIC 312, you need the Easywear.
What are the benefits of the stainless steel housing?
It is more robust than plastic and particularly skin-friendly, even for sensitive skin or allergies.
Can I change the receiver myself?
Yes, the V.2 Easywear is plugged directly into the device without tools.
Which cerumen filter fits?
The V.2 Easywear uses CeruStop type filters. You can find the filter here in our shop.
