What strength do I need?
S, M, or P, the strength is printed on the old receiver. Is it no longer legible? Then feel free to send us a photo of the receiver via email or WhatsApp.
How do I know if I need left or right?
You can identify the side by the color marking on the receiver: Red stands for right, Blue for left.
Easywear or V.2 Easywear?
The classic Easywear belongs to all Widex battery-powered devices: from Dream to Enjoy generations, as well as Moment and Magnify with battery (RIC 10 and RIC 312). For Allure, SmartRIC, and Moment and Magnify with rechargeable battery (RIC R), you need the V.2 Easywear.
Can I change the receiver myself?
Yes, the Easywear is plugged directly into the device without tools.
Which cerumen filter fits?
The Easywear uses filters of the CeruStop type. You can find the filter here in our shop.

The Easywear is the ex-receiver with lateral cable routing for Widex battery devices, featuring a CeruStop filter system. It is compatible with the Dream to Enjoy generations, as well as Moment and Magnify with battery (RIC 10 and RIC 312). The lateral cable routing ensures an exceptionally flat and discreet fit on the ear.
Robust construction: The cable is reinforced with Kevlar fibers and withstands the mechanical stresses of everyday life. The ergonomic shape does not completely seal the ear canal, which supports a more natural hearing experience.
